Studio GROSS

Studio GROSS is an experimental practice defining architecture as a discipline of euphoria, based in Tokyo, Japan. Originally from Berlin and trained as generalists during a traveling European Master's Program. Through filmmaking, they expand their architecture field, intending to transmit their observations on the industry to a broader community. Current research at Tokyo Institut of Technology shall root the practice within a theoretical framework touching upon the entanglements of our living environment. _JAP_ スタジオ・グロスは、東京を拠点に、建築を多幸感のディシプリンと定義する実験的プラクティスである。ベルリン出身で、ヨーロッパを渡りながら修士課程でジェネラリストとしての訓練を受ける。映像制作を通して建築のフィールドを広げ、建築業界に対する彼らの見解をより広いコミュニティに発信することを意図している。東京工業大学での現在の研究は、生活環境の複雑さに触れる理論的枠組みの中で実践を根付かせるものである。
